Feed web content of your live site directly into DenserAI so marketing pages, help centers, and changelogs stay searchable the moment you update them.
Before you start
- Confirm the website or sitemap is publicly accessible.
- Check your plan limits so you know how many pages you can sync.
- Open the chatbot dashboard and switch to Data Store -> Website.
Build Steps
Click + Add Website and paste the root URL or sitemap that lists the pages you want indexed.
Open Advanced Settings to include or exclude paths, ignore query parameters, or cap crawl depth.
Hit Fetch Links. DenserAI discovers pages, cleans the HTML, and converts each page into high-quality embeddings.
After crawling completes, press Retrain Chatbot to publish the updated knowledge base.
