Before you start
- Create an account on denser.ai.
- Collect the files you want to train with. Supports: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, HTML, CSV, TSV, XML.
Create New Chatbot
Sign in to denser.ai and select Create Chatbot.
Pick File as the starting data source, then drag and drop your documents (multiple files allowed and up to 50 MB on the Free plan).
Add other types of data sources if you already have them lined up, or skip and connect them later.
Click Create Chatbot to trigger the first build run.
Test Your Chatbot
Ask a few questions related to your data source to see how well the chatbot performs. Click the citations link to verify the content source of the responses.
Publish Your Chatbot
Once you are satisfied with the chatbot's performance, you can publish it to make it accessible to your users.
Go to the Deploy section in the chatbot dashboard.
Toggle Set to Public so the assistant is available outside your workspace.
Open the Website Embed card and click Get Code.
Paste the embed snippet into your website's HTML or tag manager.
