Build Steps
Select Q&A in the Data Store and click + Add Q&A to open a fresh card.
Write the question exactly as customers phrase it (include variations if needed).
Provide the full response you want delivered, complete with links, formatting, or CTAs.
Click Submit Q&A, then retrain your chatbot so the new answer goes live.
