Denser Chatbot Access Control
Denser bot access control can be found at the Security section at your chatbot dashboard. Denser provides 2 levels of access control to chatbots.
Where to manage access
Open your chatbot dashboard and select Security. All controls live in one place so you can adjust in seconds.
Chatbot Access Levels
New chatbots launch in Private mode so only workspace members can interact.
Use Workspace team management to grant access to additional admins or members.
Switch the access level to Public when you're ready to embed on your website or share externally.
This mode allows anonymous public users to query the Denser bot. This mode is suitable for bots that aim to provide customer services.
API Access
Denser chatbot can be accessed via REST API. An API key is required to authorize your REST client to query Denser chatbot. You can generate a new API key here and provide the API key when making API calls. Please refer to DenserChat API for details.
